Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Airmaster (airmaster.travel). By creating an account you agree to them. The short version: we watch flight prices and tell you about deals; we don't sell tickets, and you book with the airline or agency directly.
1. What Airmaster is — and isn't
- Airmaster monitors flight prices for the routes you configure and notifies you when a fare matches your terms.
- We are not a travel agency. We never sell tickets, take booking payments, or act as an intermediary. Deal links take you to the airline or a third-party site, where their prices and terms apply.
- Prices shown in alerts are what a provider reported at the moment we checked. Fares change fast; we can't guarantee a price is still available when you click. Prices shown while browsing the site may be estimates.
2. Your account
- You must provide a real email address and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person (or one company, for team accounts) per account. Don't share credentials; team members get their own sign-ins.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service (see 5).
3. Tokens and plans
- Alerts that actually reach you consume tokens; duplicates and failed deliveries are never charged.
- Paid plans change how often we check prices and how many alerts you can run. Details are shown before you buy.
- Purchased tokens and subscription fees are non-refundable except where consumer law says otherwise. Unused welcome tokens have no cash value.
4. Fair use
- No scraping, reselling, or systematic extraction of the data we provide.
- No attempts to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security measures.
- No use of the contact form or alert system to send spam or abuse.
5. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time — ask us through the contact form and deletion is permanent, removing your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
6. Liability
Airmaster is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, that every deal is catchable, or that a fare will still exist when you book. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email and take effect no sooner than 14 days after the notice. Continuing to use Airmaster after that means you accept them.
