Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

Airmaster ("we", "us") is a flight-price monitoring service at airmaster.travel. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

  • Account data — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash, never in plain text). Optionally a phone number if you enable SMS, WhatsApp, or voice alerts.
  • Alert data — the routes, date windows, budgets, and travel preferences you ask us to watch, plus the price history we record while watching them.
  • Security data — the IP addresses you sign in from and an approximate location (city/country) derived from them, sign-in timestamps, and a log of account-related actions. We use these to challenge sign-ins from new devices and to let you and our administrators spot suspicious activity.
  • Billing data — your token balance, transaction history, and plan. If you make a purchase, your card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store card numbers.
  • Support messages — whatever you send us through the contact form or by email.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or sell data to anyone. The only browser storage we use is what's needed to keep you signed in.

Why we process it

  • To run the service you asked for: watching prices and notifying you (contract).
  • To secure accounts: sign-in verification, lockouts, audit trail (legitimate interest).
  • To bill for tokens and subscriptions (contract, legal obligations).
  • To answer your support requests (legitimate interest).

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of carefully chosen service providers to run Airmaster. They process data only on our instructions and only what each one needs:

  • Cloud infrastructure partner — hosts our servers and databases and delivers our emails and messages.
  • Flight-data partners — receive the routes, dates, and party sizes we search for, never your name, email, or any other identity data.
  • Payment processor — handles card payments when you buy tokens or a plan; your card details go to them directly and never touch our servers.
  • IP-geolocation service — receives a sign-in IP address to derive the approximate city shown in your security view; nothing else about you is sent.

We never book travel for you and never share your data with airlines or travel agencies. When you follow a deal link, you leave Airmaster and the destination site's own policies apply.

How long we keep it

  • Account and alert data — for as long as your account exists.
  • Notification history — 90 days.
  • Security/audit records — 180 days.
  • Billing records — as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your alerts, price history, documents, and personal records permanently — this is real deletion, not a soft hide. Ask us through the contact form and we'll act on it. If you're in the EU/EEA you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here and update the date above. Significant changes will be announced by email.
